All projects start with the initial meet and greet. We take this time to get to know you and learn about each other. Define Goals!!! We will discuss your needs, wants, likes and gain a general idea of your project scope and budget. We will be honest in advising you what will and may not work with your expectations and develop a relationship. The result will be a match between your project goals and Apex+Co. expertise.
1. P L A N N I N G P H A S E
FIELD SURVEY
This is where the planning starts. Our Project Manager and Interior Designer will visit the location and will assess the area while documenting through measurements and photographs.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Upon completing our initial questionnaire and conducting a meeting with the Project Manager, our team will collectively develop a design solution based on your
goals, expectations, budget and zoning constraints.
PLANNING ANALYSIS
The outcome of the Planning Phase is an architectural summary of exactly what you intend to build. This will be accompanied by a preliminary cost estimate and schedule forecast. These components will allow you to reflect and make an informed decision.
2. D E S I G N P H A S E
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Our architectural professionals will now refine your conceptual plan and generate a detailed set of blueprints ready for construction. The production team will engage our skilled trade partners and craftsmen to determine exact pricing and timeline expectations. At last, our interior design staff and stylist will work closely with you to assist with the selection of materials and finishes to create a cohesive end result.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Now that all decisions have been finalized and designs are complete, we can now generate the final construction documents. This will include; floorplans, finishes, fixtures and all other pertinent details.
3. C O N S T R U C T I O N P H A S E
CONSTRUCTION PREPARATION
Prior to the start of construction, we will secure all necessary permits, surveys and engineering documents. We will also prepare the construction schedule that will be used throughout the construction process. We will conduct a pre-construction meeting with you and our design and construction team leaders to the day-to-day plan for construction.
CONSTRUCTION
The bricks phase! The Project Manager will oversee the entire project and ensure timelines, schedules and budget requirements are met. We will conduct meetings with you to maintain open lines of communication and address any questions you may have along the way.
4. I N T E R I O R S T Y L I N G P H A S E
STYLING
Your home is now ready for occupants. At this time you may choose to enhance the appeal by incorporating new, updated and modern pieces that help create an overall lifestyle in your new home. Our Stylist can easily achieve this by internally sourcing items such as soft furnishings, lighting and accessories that come straight from our shop or trade programs and are readily available.
WARRANTY
Your Apex+Co. completed residential projects are covered by our exclusive one-year limited warranty. After many months of acclimating, nail pops and other items may need attention. We will come out near the end of the one-year period and repair any of these items.
